Katie plays a central role in the day-to-day management and long-term direction of Stafford Agriculture, with a strong focus on organisation, compliance and strategic planning. With a deep understanding of the regulatory and administrative demands of modern agricultural contracting, she helps ensure the business operates efficiently, professionally and safely.
Overseeing health and safety systems, administration and client communications, Katie works behind the scenes to support smooth operations in the field. Her attention to detail and commitment to best practice ensure that policies, procedures, and systems are not only compliant, but also practical and fit for purpose.
EDUCATION AND CAREER EXPERIENCE
Katie grew up in the Lake District in the UK and went on to study at the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester, where she gained a degree in Rural Land Management. After graduating, she began her career with a firm of Chartered Surveyors before moving to the Ascott Estate in Buckinghamshire.

Since emigrating to New Zealand, Katie has brought her professional expertise and eye for detail to Stafford Agriculture. She oversees business administration and health and safety, ensuring that operations run smoothly and to the highest standards. With her background in land management and commitment to efficiency, Katie plays a vital role in supporting both the business and its clients.
